Update: Three courses still have availability!

Three courses still have available classroom space. You may check out the Registration page where information on the registration process can also be found.

You may also click on a link on that page to be placed on the waitlist for the Advanced Research Methods course (duplicated below). Movement does occur on the lists as people’s plans can change.

  • Intermediate Genealogy: Tools for Digging Deeper
  • Advanced Research Methods
  • Beneath the Home Page: Problem Solving with Online Repositories
  • German Genealogical Research

After a flurry of activity at noon today and once the dust settled, we realized that the system was locking people out of all courses although only the Advanced Research Methods was filled. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working to help those who still have questions about their registration status.

The limited number of private dorm rooms sold out quickly. There are still shared dorm rooms available. It is not mandatory to stay on campus but is convenient and economical. Stay tuned to this blog for an announcement about hotel rooms.

For those who are staying off-campus (either in a hotel or are commuting from home or a friend’s house), you may pay cash for the inexpensive cafeteria meals so that you may eat with your classmates and new-found friends. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the all-you-can-eat cafeteria found in the same building as the classrooms.

If your second choice is available, please feel free to sign up for the available course and place yourself on the waitlist noting in the email that is generated by the link that you would prefer the closed course if space opens up. We will notify you if that does happen.
